Quotes
All quotes are provided free of charge and with no obligation. A quoted price is fixed for the work described in the quote. If the scope of work changes, we will agree any change in price with you before carrying on.
Call outs
We do not charge a call out fee. You only pay for work you have agreed to.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For larger jobs such as installations, we may ask for a deposit to cover materials — this will always be made clear in your quote.
Guarantees
Our workmanship is guaranteed, and new boilers carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf where applicable. Details are provided with your paperwork.
Gas Safe registration
All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. You can check our registration at gassaferegister.co.uk or ask to see the card on the day. Contact us on 07801 803169 with any questions.
